Omoda became one of the biggest Dutch online shops, with a 150 million euro turnover from online sales only. After 11 years it was time to develop a new platform, with an online shopping experience to match the offline one.
what we did
Clockwork were the first in Holland to build the online store on the new Salesforce Commerce Cloud’s Mobile-First store-front framework. Due to the different parties involved, good communication and short communication lines were essential to make this a success.
fashion & function
Visitors can find specific items based on style and occasion, thanks to Einstein: an unsupervised algorithm in Commerce Cloud, using both surfing-and consumer behaviour of similar customers. Clockwork combines this with data from Service, Marketing and Commerce Cloud.
